By making a booking with Predator Adventures (owned and operated by Extreme Experiences Ltd) you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions during your time with us.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law, and any claim brought under these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Law.
Tickets may be purchased either individually or a vessel may be hired exclusively (referred to as a “Private Charter”). The maximum number of persons allowed per boat is one or 1 (babies, toddlers and third party tour guides all count towards this final and maximum passenger number).
All persons cruising on the craft must pay for admission prior to boarding. Tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any employee or agent of Predator Adventures. Any person attempting to gain admission to the craft without a valid ticket may be ejected from the craft and its vicinity.
The safety of our passengers and their property is important to us and by purchasing an experience ride with Predator Adventures and boarding our vessels:
Passengers agree that they are carried at their own risk and Predator Adventures will not be liable in any way for any injury incurred as a result of being carried. Passengers should obtain their own insurance should they wish to do so.
Please advise a member of our staff if you have a physical condition that may affect the enjoyment of or your safety on the ride with us.
We suggest that passengers do not take any personal property or equipment in the crafts, however if passengers choose to do so then this property or equipment is carried at the PASSENGER’S OWN RISK and Predator Adventures will not be liable in any way for any loss to such property or equipment however caused.
For the safety and comfort of all passengers all instructions given by the pilot must be followed and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children do the same.
All bookings are non-refundable. Payment is due at the time of booking. Due to the nature of the business when bookings are confirmed Predator Adventures immediately incur expenses and costs directly relating to your booking whilst we prepare for your arrival.
All bookings are non-transferable, except at the complete discretion of Predator Adventures.
A maximum of one passenger is permitted for each sailing.
Predator Adventures reserve the right to move your booking time or day due to operational needs or due to other company commitments. Sometimes governing bodies involved with the business may result in such changes becoming necessary.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Predator Adventures operates. However, we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise, and with or without prior notice, to cancel any cruise at the say so of the Head Pilot. In the event of such cancellation, Predator Adventures will fully refund any visitor whose ride is cancelled, the cost of his or her prepaid ticket, but otherwise shall have no liability whatsoever, including liability for travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses, in respect of the cancellation.
In the unlikely event that the craft has to make an emergency return to boarding pier (or any other along route) Predator Adventures will not be liable for replacement tickets and/or refunds.
All prices are in pounds sterling, no VAT is added to any booking.
Predator Adventures reserve the right, where necessary to deviate from a craft’s planned route. Please be aware, the dock and dock usage will on occasion dictate delays or alterations to the publicised route, where possible customers will be advised of any changes prior to sailing.
Due to the nature of the business sailing times cannot be guaranteed, however, every effort will be made to keep on schedule.
Speed restrictions apply at certain points along the dock, Predator Adventures work closely with the Royal Docks Management Authority “RoDMA” to ensure we maintain high levels of customer comfort and safety.
All passengers should arrive at Predator Adventures kiosk (or alternate boarding pier where prior agreement has been made) no less than 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
Please be aware if you miss your scheduled departure you will not be eligible for a later booking or refund. If you are not present upon check-in for your pre-booked departure time our boarding team will endeavour to contact you, please ensure you provide us with a mobile telephone number that your lead passenger will have with them on the booking day.
Predator Adventures will prioritise all customers against their booking times and never allow late running customers to have an impact on later departure times. Predator Adventures are not responsible for factors out of our control, for example; late running commuter services, traffic or parking difficulties (this is not an exhaustive list).
From time to time Predator Adventures reserve the right to change the craft your party are booked on, this will not affect passenger numbers or enjoyment of experience/transfer times.
In the unlikely event of technical difficulties/technical failure regarding the on board sound system, Predator Adventures will not be liable for replacement tickets and/or refunds.
Breakdowns occur from time to time. In the event of a breakdown during a passage any action taken is at the sole discretion of the pilot. Passenger relocations or good will gestures will be reviewed on a ‘case by case’ basis by the office team once the nature of the breakdown and its impact on the trip have been fully established.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & PREGNANCY
The decision to sail and the consequences of doing so are entirely at the passenger’s own risk. Predator Adventures does not accept any liability for personal injury, or injury to others and/or loss or damage.
Without exception, expectant mothers are not permitted on-board at any stage of their pregnancy.
Predator Adventures advises you NOT to travel if you have any historical or current backbone conditions or complaints. Be advised the dock and water is an ever changing environment and the craft may be subject to unpredictable movements. We are not medical experts so are unable to assess every situation individually; we simply advise you do not travel with us.
If you have any historical or current backbone conditions or heart complaints and are happy to sail, you MUST inform your guide when prompted before departure and complete a medical disclaimer agreeing you are fit to travel with Predator Adventures.
All crafts can experience unpredictable movements that could aggravate existing medical conditions. You must inform us of any material fact, including medical conditions or disabilities, which may affect the pilot’s decision to carry you as a passenger, especially epilepsy, dizzy spells, diabetes, angina or any other heart conditions, back/bone conditions and pregnancy (this is not an exhaustive list).
VIDEO RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHY
Predator Adventures and/or its employees and/or its agents reserve the right to use photographic equipment and/or video recordings and/or other monitoring equipment on or in the vicinity of the craft which may feature passengers for advertising or promotional materials. Ownership of any intellectual property rights to the photographs and/or video recordings vests in Predator Adventures absolutely.
Video recording and photography is strictly prohibited while on board the craft.
Predator Adventures will only take photographs/video recordings using their own equipment.
Predator Adventures, and/or its employees and/or its agents will not use passenger's photographic or video recording equipment.
Predator Adventures reserves the right to refuse the sale of any photograph or video recording.
Predator Adventures may, in its absolute discretion, supply a complimentary photograph on certain trips and through ticket re-sellers. For example, birthdays, anniversaries and stag or hen parties, (this is not an exhaustive list).
Predator Adventures bears no responsibility if photographic equipment is not working and clients are unable to purchase or receive a complimentary photo/video recording of their experience.
CLOTHING & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Passengers should come prepared with suitable clothing that will not be damaged by exposure to water or sunlight.
Predator Adventures reserves the right to refuse entry onto the craft if a passenger does not have suitable clothing and refunds are wholly at the discretion of Predator Adventures.
Predator Adventures prohibits passengers to bring any personal belongings onto the craft, including mobile phones, wallets, keys, cameras (this is not an exhaustive list).
Predator Adventures accepts no responsibility if any personal belongings are damaged, lost or stolen at any time whilst around the dock area or on the boarding pier.
All safety equipment and protective clothing issued, remains the property of Predator Adventures and must be returned at the end of the journey. Any items removed from the boarding area will be considered stolen and the lead passenger will be required to pay for such items.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
The minimum weight of any passenger is 15kg (2.36 stone). The maximum weight of any passenger is 110kg (238lbs or 17 stone). Any passenger above or below this weight will not be permitted onto the craft.
Predator Adventures reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry on to the craft , any person who:
has been convicted of a criminal offence which, in the opinion of Predator Adventures, is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other passengers.
has behaved in a manner which, in the opinion of Predator Adventures, has, or is likely to have an affect on the safety or enjoyment of other passengers.
has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to other passengers, other members of the public, or Predator Adventures and/or its employees and/or its agents, or in any way behaves in a threatening, abusive or insulting manner.
is or appears to be or has been under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substances.
Failure to adhere to any instruction issued by Predator Adventures and/or its employees and/or its agents may lead to the cancellation or postponement of the trip and/or the removal of any passenger failing to adhere to these instructions from the craft and/or the boarding pier.
Passengers must be seated at all times during the trip other than when instructed by Predator Adventures and/or its employees and/or its agents.
Passengers must wear life jackets at all times during the trip .
All offensive weapons or dangerous articles are strictly prohibited from the craft and or the boarding pier.
Passengers may be requested to have their personal belongings searched by Predator Adventures.
Pets or animals of any nature are strictly prohibited on the craft and or the boarding pier without the prior permission of Predator Adventures.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the craft and or the boarding pier.
Predator Adventures requires a mobile contact number for the lead passenger whenbthe booking is made.
If any passenger deliberately or accidentally manually inflates an automatic life jacket other than when they are expressly instructed to do so by Predator Adventures and/or its employees and/or its agents then, Predator Adventures has the right to request a payment and the passenger has an absolute obligation to pay £75.00 for its re-assembly.
Predator Adventures merchandise is for sale, subject to availability; all prices are subject to change.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable by any judicial or other competent authority, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect and will not in any way be impaired. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part or parts of these Terms and Conditions were deleted, the term and/or condition in question will apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
